We take your privacy very seriously. That is why HGM has drawn up a privacy statement. In this statement we tell you what information is collected, how HGM uses and secures the data and how you can change or delete your data. The HGM privacy statement applies to all HGM communication channels, including social media.
It is possible that our privacy policy changes from time to time if new developments give reason to do so. We advise you to read the privacy policy carefully and consult it regularly.
1. Who is HGM? | Property Privacy Policy
Www.hgm.eu is managed by HGM Consultants BV. HGM is an intermediary that deals with acquiring subsidy schemes and financing for innovative projects. HGM is located in (4818 SM) Breda at Wilhelminapark 36. We are registered in the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 20101972.
2. Personal data that we process
HGM processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide us with this data yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:
- Contact and other personal data required for our advisors to process your order
- Contact and other personal data entered by you on our contact, web or other forms
- Contact details provided during events or introductory meetings, such as details from your business card
2.1 Passively provided information
- Browser, device type and IP address
- Your surfing and clicking behaviour on the website and/or newsletter
When you surf the internet, you enable the administrators of internet pages to collect certain data about you. We also collect automatically generated information about your surfing behavior during your use of the website and/or your account. We also ask third parties, such as Google Analytics, to collect and process this information for us. This information includes your IP address, the type of browser you use and cookies.
2.2 Cookies
When using HGM’s digital services, information about your use of these services may be collected, for example by means of cookies. More information about cookies can be found in the HGM Cookie Statement .
3. For what purpose and on what basis do we process personal data?
We collect information from you and our other users for the following main reasons:
- The data processing is necessary for the performance of an agreement in which you instruct us to draw up subsidy and financing applications and to submit them to providers (government agencies within the EU);
- Compliance with legal obligations;
- To provide personalized services;
- To optimize our website and other communication channels and make them more user-friendly;
- To invite you to participate in customer satisfaction surveys or to send you our newsletter
4. Storage of your personal data
HGM does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. For all categories of personal data, we use the retention period of 7 years in accordance with article 52 AWR: fiscal accounting and administration obligation. After this period, the data will be destroyed.
5. Sharing personal data with third parties
HGM only provides subsidy schemes and financing to providers (government agencies within the EU) if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Our website may contain hyperlinks that take you away from the website and onto third-party websites. HGM has no control over the third-party website in question. It is therefore possible that a different privacy policy applies to the use of third-party websites. The HGM Privacy Policy only applies to personal data obtained via the HGM website or services. We, HGM, accept no responsibility or liability for (the operation and/or content of) third-party websites.
HGM never sells your personal data to third parties and does not make automated decisions that could have significant consequences for you.
6. How we protect your personal data
We, HGM, protect your personal data using technical and administrative security measures to minimize the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and modification. If you have the idea that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via info@hgm.eu .
HGM has taken the following measures to protect your personal data:
- Security software, such as a virus scanner and firewall.
- SSL. We send your data via a secure internet connection. You can see this in the address bar ‘https’ and the padlock in the address bar.
- And encryption of data and physical and administrative access controls to data and servers.
7. Your rights: view, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. Deleting personal data or withdrawing permission to use personal data may lead to liability if this means that we, HGM, can no longer meet our contractual obligations.
You can send a request for access, correction or deletion to info@hgm.eu . We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. If that is not possible, you can always contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
